Approval Workflow Availability
Approval workflows allow Members/Uploaders to submit documents for review while Admins/Owners approve or reject with comments.

What Happens If You Reach Your Scan Limit?
Free, Starter, and Pro users cannot upload new documents after hitting their monthly quota.
Upgrade Anytime
You can upgrade your plan anytime to unlock additional capacity, or purchase add-on scan packs for immediate extra processing power.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, new users start with our Free plan to explore DocuNero's basic features.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not provided. You will continue to have full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
Can I buy add-on scan packs without a subscription?
No. Add-ons are only available inside the app and require an active Starter, Pro, or Teams subscription.
Do add-on scans roll over to the next month?
No. Add-on scans only apply to your current billing cycle and reset when your subscription renews.
When do add-on scans become available?
Immediately. Add-on scans are added to your account instantly after purchase and can be used throughout your current billing period.
Can I purchase multiple add-on packs?
Yes, add-ons stack and you can buy more at any time if your usage increases.
Do add-ons upgrade my plan?
No. They simply add temporary page scan capacity to your existing plan for the current billing cycle.
