Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are reflected in your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. DocuNero includes a Free plan with limited monthly scans — no credit card required to get started.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans give you a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing. You pay once for the full year and enjoy uninterrupted access with reduced cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is securely encrypted.
What happens if I reach my scan limit?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new limits activate instantly — no waiting for the next cycle.
Do unused scans roll over to the next month?
No. Scan limits reset every month based on your subscription plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
DocuNero generally does not offer refunds, but if you believe there was an issue with billing, our support team will assist you.
Can I add more team members on the Teams plan?
Yes. The Teams plan includes up to 10 members. Additional members can be added for a small per-user fee (this feature will be added soon).
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All documents and extracted data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Will I be charged tax (GST/VAT)?
Taxes may apply depending on your country or region. Stripe automatically calculates and displays any taxes at checkout.
Can I buy add-ons without a subscription?
No. Add-ons are only available inside the app and require an active Starter, Pro, or Teams subscription.
Do add-on pages roll over to the next month?
No. Add-on pages only apply to your current billing cycle and reset when your subscription renews.
When do add-on pages become available?
Immediately. Add-on pages are added to your account instantly after purchase.
Can I purchase multiple add-on packs?
Yes, add-ons stack and you can buy more at any time if your usage increases.
Do add-ons upgrade my plan?
No. They simply add temporary page scan capacity to your existing plan for the current billing cycle.
