1What is DocuNero?
DocuNero is an AI-powered document processing platform that converts invoices, receipts, and bank statements (comming soon) into clean, structured data. You can upload documents, review extracted fields, categorize spending, export data, and collaborate with your team — all in one place.
2What types of documents does DocuNero support?
DocuNero supports:
- Invoices
- Receipts
- Bank statements (coming soon)
- Multi-page PDFs
- Image files (JPG, PNG, HEIC)
More document types will be added over time.
3Is there a limit on how many documents I can upload?
Yes — limits depend on your subscription plan:
- Free: 5 scans/month
- Starter: 150 scans/month
- Pro: 750 scans/month
- Teams: Unlimited scans
You can upgrade anytime if you need more capacity.
4Can I use DocuNero with my team?
Yes — team collaboration is available on:
- Pro (up to 5 team members)
- Teams (unlimited members)
Lower plans (Free/Starter) do not support team features.
5Is my data secure?
Yes. DocuNero uses:
- Encrypted file storage
- HTTPS secure communication
- Strict role-based permissions
6Does DocuNero support approval workflows?
Approval workflows are available on:
- Pro
- Teams
Admins and Owners auto-approve their uploads. Members and Uploaders must Submit for Review, and Admins/Owners can approve or reject with comments.
(Not available on Free or Starter plans.)
7What export formats are supported?
DocuNero currently supports exports to:
- CSV
- Excel (XLSX)
- JSON
Exports include line items, vendor details, amounts, taxes, and transaction metadata.
8How accurate is AI extraction?
Accuracy depends on the quality of the document:
- Clear PDFs → Highly accurate
- Blurry images or angled photos → May require manual correction
Advanced and Premium OCR improve accuracy on Starter/Pro/Teams plans.
9What happens if DocuNero extracts something incorrectly?
You can manually edit any field. For receipts and invoices, you can correct:
- Vendor
- Date
- Amounts
- Line items
- Categories
Edits update instantly across exports and analytics.
10Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from: Billing → Current Plan → Cancel Subscription
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided.
11How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to: Billing & Plans → Upgrade
Choose a plan, and Stripe will handle the update securely. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply on the next billing cycle.
12Do you offer API access?
API access is not available yet, but it is planned for future releases.
13Are my old invoices and documents stored forever?
DocuNero keeps your documents certain period of time.
14What happens if I reach my monthly scan limit?
You will not be able to upload new documents until your next billing cycle resets, or you upgrade your plan. All existing documents remain accessible.
15Does DocuNero work on mobile?
Yes — DocuNero works on modern mobile browsers. Uploading invoices or receipts from your phone is fully supported.
16What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe supports:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
- Some region-specific payment options (depending on your location)
All payments are secured via Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.
17Does DocuNero support multiple workspaces?
Yes — Members, Uploaders, and Viewers can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them easily.
18Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data from: Settings → Password & Security → Delete Account
(We permanently delete personal data and documents upon request.)
19Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. Our Teams plan is built for larger organizations, and custom plans are available on request but we are currently working on it. Contact support for enterprise onboarding or volume discounts.
